As you look through the specifications lists of our homes, you will quickly notice that we provide many features that our competitors charge for. We value your business, and therefore provide the "features" that most people want...and of course we provide them as "standard". And though we do build ‘standardized’ floorplans, we can and will customize designs to meet your specific needs. Whether it’s a home needing to meet the VA requirements, or just needs a few ‘tweaks’ to accommodate your lifestyle we will work with you to make it happen.

Currently we are building Texan Built Homes in subdivisions within Katy, Texas and custom built Kennrich Homes in Sealy, Brookshire, Pattison, Fulshear, and Galveston Texas.
